Above shows a really nice example of the liner-locking tactical knife. This tactical folding knife has a 3 1/2" blade made from
1/8" thick cable damascus steel. The frame is heat-colored and fileworked 6Al4v titanium. Bolsters are carbon damascus steel. Handle is
presentation grade desert ironwood. Carved stainless steel thumbstud. The backspacer is carbon damascus steel, fileworked and heat-treated. Price for a similar piece is USD$650.
Below is a bolsterless version of the tactical liner lock. This tactical framelock has an 3 3/4" blade made from 3/32" thick
440c stainless steel. The frame is heat-blued and fileworked 6Al4v titanium. The handle is stabilized thuya burl. Fileworked stainless steel backpiece.
