This gallery shows out-of-the-norm pieces that are on the larger side. These are examples of ideas that come
from customers, usually drawn on paper, to make their dream knife come true. Knives can be made in a variety of sizes and handle dressings.

Above shows one of the more extreme versions of a custom knife. This knife has a long sweep to its' 14" blade made from 1/4"
thick carbon damascus steel and is fileworked on its' spine. Overall length is 20". The carved guard and butt are from 416 stainless. Handle scales are
presentation grade stabilized spalted maple. Price for a similar piece is USD$1500.
All knives are fitted with a custom hand stitched leather sheath.
Below is an off-shoot of the military sub-hilt fighter. This one has an 10" blade made from 1/4" thick 440c stainless steel
and is slightly fileworked on the spine. The guards are 416 stainless steel. The handle is stabilized box elder burl and are mounted with mosaic
handle pins. Price for a 10" Mexican style Sub-Hilt bowie is USD$1000.

Below shows a Wharncliffe Bowie knife on the slightly large size. It has a 14" blade made from 1/4" thick 440c stainless steel
and is decorated with filework on its' blade spine. The lugged guard and butt are 304 stainless steel. The round handle is dyed and stabilized maple burl. Price
for a similar Wharncliffe Bowie is USD$1500. All Rocket Bowies are furnished with a custom hand stitched leather sheath.
