This gallery shows a few styles of daggers. Daggers have been around forever and there are way too many different styles of

Above shows a modern version of the dagger. This knife has a 5 1/2" blade made from 3/16" thick carbon damascus steel. The
guard & "skull crusher" are from carved & blued carbon damascus steel. The
ferrule and end cap are carved & blued titanium. The stick
type tang offers a round handle of copal amber stacked with carved
and blued titanium separators. Price for a similar piece is USD$1000.
All daggers are fitted with a custom hand stitched leather sheath.
Below shows a stick tang version of the traditional dagger. This one has an 6" blade made from 3/16" thick 440c stainless
steel. The "S" guard, ferrule and butt piece is 304 stainless steel. The handle is African tulipwood. A price for the 6" traditional dagger is USD$300.

Below shows a dagger on the slightly different side. This is a Persian dagger and is something more likely seen in the
mountains
of Afghanistan. It has a 7" blade made from 3/16" thick carbon damascus steel and is decorated with filework on its' spine. The front & rear
bolsters are carbon mosaic damascus steel. The handle is ocean jasper from Russia. Price for this Persian dagger is USD$1200.
